Google Analytics Tracking
GoodToDive uses the third-party service from Google called Google Analytics. This service is designed to track your journey through our website anonymously. GoodToDive does not store personal information in GA as this will break their terms of service; nor will GoodToDive send anonymised IP address information, which, further restricts the information GA receives.
GoodToDive use an online interface to view the collected data and where appropriate will produce reports in conjunction with our marketing and communication workstreams. GA usage also means GoodToDive can make improvements to the business and how GoodToDive operate their various services.

GoodToDive Website Orders
When you place an order on the GoodToDive website, GoodToDive will collect the relevant information from you in order to fulfil the order. This information is retained on the website and order data will be transferred into GoodToDive’ Accounting software. If you opt into receiving communications from GoodToDive, then a sub-set of your data will be submitted to GoodToDive’ third-party Communications tool.
If you wish to see an overview of the information, you have stored on the GoodToDive website, please login to your account and select the ‘View your data’ option.
No order information is submitted to any third-party company or partner of GoodToDive.
TELL A FRIEND
One of the ways in which we promote our products is via the use of a Tell a Friend service. This service assumes you have the authorisation of the recipient to complete a simple form that allows you to enter their email address and a small message to accompany the email. The email address is only used for this functionality. The email address is not stored nor used for any other purposes other than to send a email with product details within.
Location Services
There is functionality in place on the website where you may be asked to submit information pertinent to your location in order to provide richer results for the information you are looking for. Your submission of data in order to use the tool; is the means of consent by which the submitted data will be utilised within a browser session.
